For security reasons, in lost key situation, we kindly ask you to provide us with the car log book and a photo ID of yourself as proof of vehicle ownership.
Our mechanics offer a complimentary collection and drop off of your vehicle from your home/work place when you are within the Basingstoke area.
If your repair requires more than 1 hour work, we can offer to drop you off and pick you up from home, work or rail station within Basingstoke area for FREE.
